Participants will explore their own personality types, learn how to recognize and adapt communications to others, and add persuasive elements to get desired results. These tools are internationally known, and practitioners regularly confirm that they have “a significant effect on their ability to understand the process of communication deeper than ever before and begin putting it to work”.
